摘要
DSC研究了熔融温度与熔融时间对聚苯硫醚 /尼龙 6共混物中两组分的结晶行为的影响。虽然熔融条件不同 ,共混物中 PPS组分的熔体结晶温度比纯 PPS的高出 2 0~ 40℃ ,随熔融温度提高和熔融时间延长而降低 ;但其熔点、结晶与熔融热比纯 PPS的低。表明 PA6熔体对 PPS结晶有成核作用 ,PPS与 PA6组分间存在的相互作用受熔融条件的影响。
Effect of melting conditions on crystallization and melting behavior of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) and PPS component in PPS/PA6 (polyamide 6) blends was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. The melting point(T m) of pure PPS slightly increases and the crystallization temperature(T c) of pure PPS first decreases, and then increases with increasing the melting temperature(T melt ). The T c of pure PPS increases and heat of crystallization(ΔH c) and fusion(ΔH m) of pure PPS decrease as the melting time(t melt ) increases. In PPS/PA6 blends, the T c of PPS component is 20~40 ℃ higher than that of pure PPS. The T c of PPS component in its blends decreases and T m, ΔH c, ΔH m of PPS component are lower than that of pure PPS as the T melt and t melt increase. These results indicate that there exist some chemical and/or physical interaction between two components of PPS/PA6 blends, which is dependent of the melting comditions.
