摘要
乙烯 -醋酸乙烯共聚物乳液 (EVA)的碱催化水解反应是一非均相反应 ,水解首先在胶粒表面进行 ,利用滴定法对体系碱的浓度进行测定并采用简单二级反应模型对表面水解反应进行动力学研究 ,结果表明 ,胶粒表面完全水解时体系的表观水解度为 2 % ,水解反应活化能为 75 .39k J/ mol,指前因子为 3.46 9× 10 1 3g/ (mm ol.min)。甲醇的加入对表面水解反应影响甚微。
The base catalyzed hydrolysis reaction of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion (EVA) is heterogeneous reaction and the hydrolysis proceed on the surface of colloid particles at first. When the apparent hydrolysis degree is 2%, the surface will be end. The kinetic of surface reaction was studied by titration and can be described by the second order reaction model. The activation energy is 75.39 kJ/mol and the preexponential factor is 3.469×10 13 g/(mmol·min). The effect of methanol is samll.
