近年来,许多因重大事件被问责的行政领导纷纷复出,引发了民众和舆论的高度关注。问题官员复出一直是敏感话题,也是民众关注的焦点。官员被高调问责后又低调复出,其合法性遭到媒体和公众的置疑,这对行政领导问责制度的公信力产生了重大负面影响,值得人们深思。
In recent years,a lot of officials who were accountable for serious incidents were recruited again,which arouses public concerns.Recruiting the disgraced officials has been a sensitive topic and also a hot issue that the public care.People challenge whether it is legal to recruit those disgraced officials who come to office low profile.This phenomenon has negative effect on the public trust degree upon the accountability system.
