摘要
采用高岭土碳热还原氮化合成O’ Sialon基复合材料。结果表明 ,在一定实验条件下 ,当烧结温度较低时 ( 1 40 0℃ ) ,碳热还原的最终产物为O’ Sialon、Si3N4;烧结温度较高时 ( 1 50 0℃ ) ,最终产物为O’ Sialon、SiC ;温度处于两者之间时 ( 1 450℃ ) ,O’ Sialon、Si3N4、SiC共存。
O' Sialon based composites have been prepared by carbothermal reduction nitridation method from kaolin with certain additives. The modulus of fracture of well sintered specimen may reach 140*!MPa. The result shows that when sintered at 1400*!℃, O' Sialon Si 3N 4 would form; when sintered at 1500*!℃, O' Sialon SiC composite would be obtained; when sintered at 1450*!℃, O' Sialon Si 3N 4 SiC composite would be got.
