摘要
目的了解聚维酮碘治疗皮肤浅部真菌病的疗效。方法选择门诊经临床及真菌学检查确诊的220例皮肤浅部真菌病患者,采用聚维碘酮涂于患处,观察其疗效。结果痊愈137例,占62.3%;显效47例,占21.4%;好转30例,占13.6%;无效仅6例,占2.7%。结论皮肤浅部真菌病应用聚维碘酮局部涂擦使用方便,疗效较好,适于基层医疗单位推广应用。
Objective To have knowledge about the curative effect of povidone iodine in treating superficial dermatomycosis.Method 220 cases of patients with superficial dermatomycosis who were diagnosed after clinical and mycologic examination in the out-patient were chosen and their infected parts were greased with povidone iodine,and the curative effect was observed.Results There were 137 cases that were cured,which accounted for 62.3%;there were 47 cases who had obvious effects accounting for 21.4%;there were 30 cases whose conditions were improved,accounting for 13.6%;and there were only 6 cases who had not any effects,which accounted for 2.7%.Conclusion Povidone iodine is convenient for use in treating superficial dermatomycosis with a good curative effect,which is worth promoting in basic medical units.
