摘要
研究了型号为DMD70 0 6的HDPE对UHMWPE加工流动性能的改进效果以及对其力学性能的影响 ,并进一步分析了成核剂CaSt2 和SiO2 对UHMWPE/HDPE体系这两种性能的影响。结果发现 ,HDPE不但可使材料的流动性有较大提高 ,而且不会使力学性能下降很大 ,成核剂的加入可提高材料的力学性能 ,由于CaSt2 同时起到了润滑剂的作用 ,因此UHMWPE/HDPE/CaSt2 体系在保持较高力学性能的同时 。
The effects of HDPE DMD7006 on the processing and mechanical properties of UHMWPE were studied.It showed that HDPE could improve the fluidity of UHMWPE to a relatively high degree but not at the expense of obvious decrease of mechanical property.The nucleator CaSt 2 or SiO 2 could enhance the mechanical property of UHMWPE/HDPE,and CaSt 2 was also a good lubricant here,which could make UHMWPE/HDPE system have both good mechanical and processing properties.
