摘要
为了对GIS母线运行状态提供一种有效的监测手段,提出了一种利用光纤光栅作为传感器的GIS母线温度监测方案.根据光纤光栅增敏原理,对比了几种不同增敏方案,设计了高性能的光纤光栅温度传感器,完成了GIS母线温度在线监测系统硬、软件设计.率定结果表明,光栅温度传感器灵敏度达到30pm/℃,迟滞低于10pm.温度标定实验与现场运行情况表明,该系统测温精度较高,系统运行稳定,能够准确监测GIS母线温度变化,提高了GIS安全运行水平.
Using fiber Bragg grating as sensors,a temperature on-line monitoring scheme is put forward to monitor the operation status of GIS busbar effectively.On the basis of the enhancement principle for fiber Bragg grating,several enhancement schemes are compared;and temperature sensors with high performance are designed.The hardware and software systems are also designed and introduced.Test results by spectrometer show that the sensitivity of the fiber Bragg grating sensor is up to 30 pm/℃;and the hysteresis is lower than 10 pm.The temperature calibration result and trial operation result validated that the temperature on-line monitoring system is accurate and stable.Therefore,it will be possible to enhance the safe operation level of GIS busbar.
