摘要
本文针对脂肪醇在蒸馏过程中出现的质量问题通过分析数据查原因,从反应机理上找根源。经过技术改造;调整操作方法及工艺参数,增加酯的精馏,提高蒸馏系统真空度,降低蒸馏釜温度,使脂肪醇主馏分升高,杂质降低。经生产验证可以生产出用户满意的各种不同规格产品。
There is quality problem in the distillation process of fatty alcohol. By way of analysis the data,The cause of this problem is found in reaction mechanism. The master fraction of fatty alcohol will increase and foreign master will cut down after technology reforming, regulating the operation condition and parameter, raising the rectification of ester, raising the degree of vacuum of the distillation system and teducing the temperature of the distillation cauldron. And different kinds of production have be produced which are satisfied to the cons umer.
