摘要
多年来,国家在科普人才尤其是科普专职人才队伍建设方面不断突破与创新,取得了良好的效果,但远不能满足国家科学技术传播与普及工作的需要。如何树立科学的人才观、如何加大科普专职队伍建设是当前国家在创新体系的范畴下迫切需要解决的问题。本文在对我国2010年全国科普统计数据进行分析与挖掘的基础上,对我国科普专职人才、科普专职人才队伍建设的现状进行分析,并以《中国科协科普人才发展规划纲要》为战略目标,提出政府、高校、人才所在单位三位一体的科普专职人才队伍建设的对策与建议。
Over the years, the government has continually made improvements in cultivating science talents, however it cannot meet the needs of the national science and technology dissemination and popularization work. How to construct science popularization professional workforce is the current urgent problem to address in the innovation system of the country. This paper analyzes 2010 national scientific and statistical data, full-time personnel working on science popularization, team status of full-time personnel in China, and proposes a Science Popularization Talent Development Plan as a strategic goal, countermeasures and suggestions.
