以廉价的高岭土碳热还原—氮化法制得的β′—Sialon粉料为原料 ,用常规的制备工艺进行无压烧结 ,在1 660℃下烧结出体积密度近 3 2g/cm3 ,常温抗弯强度达 4 0 0~50
Use of β′—Sialon powder by carbon thermal reduction of an inexpensive raw material clay with carbon and nitrogen were reacted.The sialon powder was pressureless sintered at 1660℃ by general process and equipment.The properties of sintered sialon are shown that the density is near to 3.2g/cm 3,MOR of room temperature is 400~500MPa.
