摘要
讨论了季铵盐相转移催化剂在邻硝基氯苯O 甲基化反应的亲水亲油平衡值HLB、萃取平衡常数EQY与反应收率的关系 .并用苯做萃取剂 ,验证了季铵型离子对的存在 .从而证明邻硝基氯苯的O 甲基化过程符合starks循环机理 .当催化剂HLB =7.7 9.6,LogEQY=6.6～ 8.8时 ,产品收率为 94 .0 1% .
The effect of the structure of phase transfer catalyst on o nitrochlorobenzene O methylate was studied.The experiment result showed that when catalytic HLB was 7.7～9.6 and logE QY was 6.6～8.8,chloroquarter ammonium salts phase transfer catalyst had good effects on o nitrochlorobenzene O methylate.
