摘要
当财政资金从国库划入财政专户时,相当于释放了一部分的准基础货币,资金从中央银行流向商业银行,货币投放增加。本文通过调查贵州省国库库存账户与商业银行财政专户之间的财政资金调拨情况,运用定量分析方法分析此类资金调拨对国库库存、商业银行信贷资金影响,得出国库库存影响财政资金调拨、财政资金调拨与各项贷款之间相互影响的结论,进而对三者之间的相互关系所产生的不利影响提出相关建议。
The transfer of fiscal funds from national treasury to fiscal account amounts to the release of monetary base, money flows from the central bank to the commercial bank and gets into the credit creation process. Based on the investigation on transfer of fiscal funds from national treasury to fiscal account in Guizhou province, using quantitative method, we analyze the interaction among national treasury, fiscal account and commercial credit , and put forward some ideas for eliminating the adverse effect.
