摘要
钢-混凝土混合梁结合段的合理位置主要受到受力、施工和造价等因素的影响。结合段受力的合理位置与钢混自重荷载系数及抗弯刚度系数有关,初步设计时,中跨混合梁钢梁长度可取跨径的0.57~0.59倍,边跨混合梁钢梁长度可取跨径的0.60~0.70倍;结合段施工的合理位置可根据非对称悬臂施工要求以及现场施工条件综合考虑;结合段造价的合理位置可依据有关统计资料进行理论分析和实践经验综合确定。在此基础上,应用定性分析和定量分析相结合的关键要素评价法进行综合分析,最终确定结合段的合理位置。通过某特大桥为例说明结合段合理位置的确定过程和分析方法的可行性。
The selecting and determining for reasonable location of combined section is mainly affected by some factors such as the load -carrying, construction and cost. The reasonable force location of the combined sec- tion was influenced by dead load coefficiency and flexural stiffness coefficient of steel beams and concrete beams, so the length of steel beam could be designed as 0.57 ~ 0.59 times of its original beam and up to 0.60 ~ 0.70 times of side - span mixed beam at preliminary design. The asymmetric cantilever construction and field condition should be taken into consideration during the construction. So the reasonable location of cost can be fixed with the combination with comprehensive theoretical analysis and practical experience in accordance with relevant statistics. On this basis, the key factors evaluation method is used to conduct a comprehensive analysis with application of qualitative and quantitative analysis, finally determine the reasonable position of the joint section. The example of reasonable position for Wei He Bridge could explain that the analysis methods are feasible.
