摘要
概述我国农业"四补贴"(粮食直补、良种补贴、农机购置补贴、农资综合补贴)政策的实施现状,评价实施效果,分析存在的主要问题,提出完善我国农业"四补贴"政策的建议。
The implementation of ＂four subsidies＂ in Chinese agriculture, that is, grain direct subsidy, subsidy for superior crop varieties, subsidy for purchasing agricultural machines, general subsidy for agricultural production supplies plays an important role in increasing grain yield and peasants＇ income. The present situation of the implementation of ＂four subsidies＂ policy in China is analyzed in details, implementation effect is evaluated, the existing problems are decomposed, and then, countermeasures for perfecting the ＂four subsidies＂ policy in Chinese agriculture are put forward.
