摘要
本研究为籼粳交后代从F_1世代开始(包括对F_1世代的复交),直到选育出株高、生育期等主要农艺性状符合育种目标的稳定株系为止,其各世代均为封闭(套袋)自花授粉结实。目的是避免外界不明基因型花粉的介入而出现性状“高度分离”,并保证杂种后代的性状能在较低的世代得到纯合稳定。 经系谱封闭选育结果,杂种后代性状的纯合效果极为明显。与开放式授粉的系谱法选育相比,杂种后代性状的整齐度要高得多。整齐度封闭一代(F_1)达55.66%、封闭两代(F_1~F_2)达95.61%、封闭三代(F_1~F_3)达99.10%。 籼粳交性状稳定后代的结实率和种性整齐度,除受花粉育性偏低、子房育性较正常和柱头对花粉选择作用的制约外,还决定于相同基因型群体的大小。如群体较大、异花花粉能满足颖花柱头对花粉的要求度越高,则结实率越接近常值,后代性状的整齐度亦越高;否则相反。 本研究可为籼粳亚种间杂交快速选育提供一定的依据和方法。
In the present study, progenies of indica × Japonica rice from F1 (including F1 of recrossing) to stable strains were self-pollinated by bagging the panicles. This method was adopted with purposes of preventing 'high genetic segregation' in th progenies caused by the interruption of external pollen grains with unknown genotype, and obtaining stable progenies in the lower generation.
The results revealed that this method had significant effect on purification of characters in the progenies. Compared with the unbagging pedigree method, the character uniformity of the progenies was much better. The uniformities after bagging the panicles for one (F1) ,two (F1-F2) and three (F1-F3) generation (S) were 55.66%, 95.61 % and 99.10%, respectively.
The setting percentage and uniformity of stable progenies of Tndica × Japonica rice were affected not only by low pollen fertility, normal ovary fertility and selection effect of stigma on pollen, but also by the population, with the larger population, the unself-pollen could be sufficiently available for the self-stigma, so that the setting percentage could almost reach the normal and the uniformity better. The reverse was with the smaller population.
This study can provide references and approaches for rapid breeding of Indica × Japonica rice.
