摘要
用复合沉淀剂从废水中除磷属于化学沉淀法除磷的一种,它是在一定的pH值条件下,将价格相对纸廉的氯化镁、碳酸氢铵作为复合沉淀剂加入到含磷水溶液中,借助反应生成溶解度极小的 MgNH_4PO_46H_2O沉淀而除去磷。因生成的沉淀是一种缓效复合肥,因此本法既节约了磷资源又避免了传统化学沉淀法对环境的二次污染。本文在以纯的 KH_2PO_4水溶液作为模拟废水确定的实验条件的基础上,推导出在实验条件范围内,除磷反应结束后所能达到的理论残留磷浓度。
The method of complex precipitation is one kind of chemical precipitation. In a certain pH condition, MgCl2 6H2O and NH4HC03 as a complex precipitation agent were added into phosphorus - contained wastewater, the hardly dissolved product MgNH4 P04 ?61^ 0 was produced, which can be used as a slow - release fertilizer.So,with the help of this process, the phosphorus can be removed from wastewater. Based on dissolving pure KH2 P04 in water as simulated wastewater and corresponding test conditions, through theoretical calculation, the restrained phosphorus concentration at the end of reaction was deduced.
