摘要
[目的]探讨流产后关爱(PAC)服务在妇科门诊手术室中的应用价值。[方法]选取2010年6月—2011年4月于妇科门诊手术室进行人工流产的140例病人为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组70例,将两组病人干预前后的避孕知识和流产后保健知识掌握情况、生存质量、重复流产率及满意率进行统计及比较。[结果]干预后观察组避孕知识和流产后保健知识掌握优良率均高于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组,重复流产率低于对照组,满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。[结论]PAC服务在妇科门诊手术室中的应用价值较高,对于降低重复流产率及改善生存质量发挥着积极的作用。
Objective：To probe into the applied value of post- abortion care （PAC） in operation room of gynecologic outpatient. Methods：A total of 140 patients treated with induced abortion in operation room of gynecologic out- patient from June in 2010 to April in 2011 were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 70 cases in each, mastering of contraceptive knowledge and post - abortion health knowledge,quality of life, repeat abortion rate, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results： The excellent and good rate of observation group patients mastering of con- traceptive knowledge and post- abortion health knowledge were all higher than those of control group,quality of life score was higher than that of con- trol group, rate of repeat abortion was lower than thta of control group, satis- faction rate was higher than that of control group,there were all statistically significant differences（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The applied value of PAC （Post- Abortion Care）in operation room of gynecologic outpatient is higher, and it plays an active role in decreasing the rate of repeat abortion and impro- ving the patients quality of life.
