摘要
分析了工业硫化碱水溶液中黄色的主要成因是 :煅烧工段还原不完全形成的单质硫在浸溶工段形成了多硫化物。针对上述原因进行化学除色和技术改造试验 ,确定了严格控制和调节硝煤比的方法 ,解决了工业硫化碱水溶液带黄色的问题。在硝煤比 10 0∶2 4的条件下 ,不仅使成品硫化碱的水溶液无色 ,而且使硝转化率明显提高 ,一般均超过 90 %。该技术改造不仅简单易行 ,无附加成本 ,而且提高了硝转化率 。
It was pointed out in this article that the main reason to cause yellow appearance in aqueous solution of industrial grade sodium sulfide is presence of polysulfide which was formed in immerging/dissoloing operation.It was estimated that the precursor of polysulfide is elemental sulfur resulting from calcinning operation by incomplete reduction of sodium sulfate.Decolouration by chemical reaction or by technical reformation was tested.consequently the method to control and adjust strictly the ratio of sodium sulfate to coal was adopted.Under the optimum ratio of sodium sulfate to coal 100∶24.not only colorless in solution of sodium sulfide finished product,but also significant conversion rate increment of sodium sulfate were observed.This technical reformation made conversion rate of sodium sulfate increase from less than 85% to greater than 90% in general with simple operation and no extra cost.
