摘要
目的探讨个性化护理对小儿肺炎支原体感染伴肺外并发症的疗效影响。方法将86例小儿肺炎支原体感染伴肺外并发症患儿随机分为对照组41例和观察组45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化护理。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),副反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿肺炎支原体感染伴肺外并发症患儿实施个性化护理,可提高治疗效果,降低副反应发生率,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective To study the personalized care for children pneumoniae infection, pulmonary complications with the cu- rative effect of influence. Methods 86 cases of pneumonia mycoplasma infection, pulmonary complications with children were ran- domized into control 41 cases and the observation group 45 cases and control to give regular care, the observation group give personal- ized care. Results Observed the curative effect is better than control group （P 〈 0. 05）, Incidence side effects in control group is low- er（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The pediatric pneumonia mycoplasma infection withpulmonary complications personalized care of chil- dren of the implementation, can improve the treatment effect, reduce the incidence of side effects, and is worth to use in clinical appli- cation and oromotion.
