由于磺基甜菜碱分子结构中具有强酸根基团,所以它是集典型的阴离子性和阳离子性极性基于一身的季铵内盐型两性表面活性剂。磺基甜菜碱性能全面,具有耐高浓度酸、碱、盐等优良特性,且化学稳定性好、钙皂分散性强、毒性低,因而日益受到人们的重视,在日用化工及其它行业中的应用前景看好。叙述和讨论了十二烷基磺基甜菜碱(DSB)的合成技术、性能以及在洗涤剂和化妆品行业中的应用。
Sulfobetaines which are classified as quaternary amphoteric surfactant have a strongly acidic sulfonate ion. These compounds displayed excellent surface active properties. They have the properties of high concentrated acid, base and salts resistance, and good chemical stability, strong calcium soap dispersion and low toxicity. People increasingly lay emphasis on these compounds, which have good prospects in household chemical industry and other industry. In this paper, the synthesis technology, properties and application in detergent and cosmetic industry of dodecyl sulfobetaines (DSB) are discussed.
