摘要 唑来膦酸（zoledronic acid，商品名择泰，Zometa）是一种强效含氮双膦酸盐，其咪唑环上含有两个氮原子，是目前已知作用最强的双膦酸盐，能抑制因破骨活性增加而导致的骨吸收，具有抑制恶性肿瘤骨转移和防治骨质疏松的作用。本研究收集了于复旦大学附属中山医院口腔科就诊的唑来膦酸（择泰）导致上颌骨骨坏死病例2例，报道如下。
