口腔鳞状细胞癌中S100A4蛋白、MMP-2蛋白的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中S100A4蛋白和MMP-2蛋白的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例OSCC组织及口腔正常黏膜组织中S100A4蛋白和MMP-2蛋白的表达情况。结果:①S100A4蛋白的表达与OSCC患者的年龄、性别、部位、临床分期、组织分化程度无明显关系(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。②MMP-2蛋白的表达与OSCC患者的年龄、性别、部位、临床分期、组织分化程度无明显关系(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。S100A4蛋白与MMP-2蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.336,P<0.05)。结论:S100A4蛋白及MMP-2蛋白的表达与肿瘤的转移密切相关,检测两者的表达情况有助于对口腔鳞癌进行转移的预测并为抗癌治疗提供新的目标与方向。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance on the expression of S100A4 and MMP-2 in oral squanous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods: In 40 pathological diagnosed OSCC cases, S100A4 and MMP-2 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Normal oral mucosa was used as control. Result: (1)Expression intensity of S100A4 in OSCC was not obviously related with the age, gender, tumor size ,TNM clinical stage and pathological grade (P〉0.05). But expression rate of S100A4 in OSCC was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). (2) Expression of MMP-2 was not obviously related with the age, gender, tumor size and pathological grade(P〉0.05). The expression rate of MMP-2 in OSCC was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). In OSCC, protein expression of S100A4 and MMP-2 were positively coreelated. Conclusion: These genes and protein products may be served as a potential diagnostic targets in tumor metastasis.
