摘要
虽然我国在高等院校提倡启发式教学已经多年,但启发式教学仍然一直是国内外教学方法研究的热点,它不是一般的教学方法或一种简单化、公式化的模式,而是一种教学指导思想、教学原则、教学方法或方式的总称。笔者通过在医学院校多年的教学实践和比较研究,对启发式教学有了更深的体会和心得。在教学中坚持以学生为主体,教师为主导,从学生实际出发,以调动学生学习主动性和积极性,培养学生主动思考、提出、分析和解决问题的能力为基础,灵活运用启发式教学,可以取得最佳化的教学效果,有利于高素质创新型医学人才的培养。
To advocate heuristic teaching in higher education for many years,it has been the research focus of domestic and foreign teaching methods.It is not a teaching method or a simplistic,formulaic pattern,but a general term of teaching ideology,teaching principles,teaching methods or manner.According to the writers′many years of research and practice in medical university,to insist on the student as the main and teacher-led,to mobilize the students′motivation to learn and enthusiasm,students active thinking,proposed analysis and problem-solving skills follow the student reality,flexible use of heuristic teaching,the teachers can get the best teaching results,conducive to high-quality innovative medical personnel training.
