摘要
目的分析肿瘤患者药品不良反应(ADRs)的相关因素。方法对我院2006年12月～2011年6月收集的266例肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析。结果 ADRs中男性明显多于女性;从年龄结构上来看,发生ADRs的年龄段主要集中于40～69岁;损害部位主要以皮肤及其附件、神经系统、血液系统、胃肠系统、肝胆系统、心血管系统、用药部位及全身性损害为主。结论在肿瘤药品的临床应用上,应该加强对不良反应的监测和预防。
Objective To analyze the related factor on adverse drug reaction of patients with tumor.Methods 266 patients with tumor in our hospital from December 2006 to June 2011 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results The number of men in the ADRs was obviously more than the number of women;from the perspective of age structure,the mainly age of ADRs focused on 40 to 69 years old;ADRs mainly damaged to the skin and its attachments,nervous system,blood system,gastrointestinal system,treating system,cardiovascular system,the administration site and systemic damage.Conclusion Clinical application of cancer drugs should strengthen the monitoring and prevention of adverse reactions.
