摘要
目的建立益肺通络颗粒有效成分岩白菜素的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,Agillent高效液相色谱仪,Kromasil ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-水(20∶80)为流动相;流速为1 mL/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为275 nm;灵敏度为0.05 AUFS。进样量10μL。结果在该方法中,岩白菜素进样量在0.054～0.540μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 06,平均回收率为98.53%,RSD为1.32%。结论本方法准确简便,准确,重复性好,可用于益肺通络颗粒中有效成分岩白菜素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of bergenin in compound Yifei Tongluo Granules.Methods The RP-HPLC method was adopted.The Kromasil ODS column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） was used at the column temperature of 30℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（20∶80） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 275 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the sample size of bergenin within the range of 0.054-0.540 μg,r = 0.999 06,and the average recovery rate was 98.53% with the RSD of 1.32%（n = 6）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be used for the quality control of Yifei Tongluo Granules.
