Curative effect of Alprostadil in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

摘要目的观察前列地尔微脂肪球(曼新妥)注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将80例患者分为两组:治疗组(38例)应用曼新妥注射液10μg加入生理盐水100 mL静滴,1次/d,疗程10 d;对照组(42例)用硝酸甘油20 mg加入5%葡萄糖250 mL静滴,1次/d,疗程10 d。观察治疗前后患者心绞痛缓解情况、心电图、血脂的变化。结果治疗组的心绞痛缓解率、心电图、血脂变化与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曼新妥注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效显著,使用方便,同时具有降低血脂的作用,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Alprostadil micro fat ball（Mantuoxin） Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups： treatment group（38 cases） was given Mantuoxin Injection 10 μg in normal saline 100 mL ivgtt,1 time/d,course of treatment was 10 days;the control group（42 cases） was given Nitroglycerin 20 mg in 5% glucose 250 mL ivgtt,1 time/d,10 days in a course.The unstable angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,blood lipid changes before and after treatment were observed.Results The differences of angina pectoris remission rate,electrocardiogram,blood lipid changes between treatment group and control group were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The Mantuoxin Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris has significant curative effect,convenient use,at the same time,with the lipid lowering effect and no obvious side effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
