摘要
目的探讨64层螺旋CT三维重建技术在胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的诊断价值。方法对72例胸腰椎椎体爆裂性骨折患者行64层螺旋CT扫描,将原始数据进行多种方法后处理,包括多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)。结果经后处理图像能从任意角度清晰显示胸腰椎爆裂性骨折部位、骨碎片数目和移位情况、椎管的狭窄程度,还很好显示附件的骨折及小关节脱位。结论 64层螺旋CT三维重建技术在胸腰椎爆裂骨折具有很高的临床应用价值,能准确、全面、直观、多角度显示骨折,对临床手术方案选择、术后随访提供准确信息。
Objective To evalute the 64-slice spiral CT three dimensional reconstruction in diagnosis of thoracolumbar burst fracture. Methods On 72 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral burst fracture with 64-slice spiral CT scan, will be handled after the raw data for a variety of methods, including multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), the maximum intensity projection (MIP), volume rendering (VR). ResMts Post processing images from any angle to clearly indicate parts, the number of bone fragments in thoracolumbar burst fracture and shifting, the degree of stenosis of the spinal canal, also has an excellent display the attachment of fracture and dislocation of small joint. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT three dimensional reconstruction in thoracolumbar burst fracture with high clinical value, accurate, comprehensive, intuitive display, multi-angle fractures, on surgical method selection and postoperative follow-up of clinical to provide accurate information.
