摘要
目的分析卵泡膜细胞瘤的临床表现及CT征象,提高该病的术前影像诊断符合率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的17例卵泡膜细胞瘤的临床表现及其中8例的CT征象。结果本组患者平均发病年龄45.5±16岁。CT表现均呈境界清晰的单发肿块,呈均匀实性肿块者2例,不均匀实性者5例,实性伴囊变者1例。形态多呈椭圆形,瘤体径线为9.4±3.4cm×7.5±3.3cm×6.7±2.9cm,增强均呈渐进性轻度强化。5例合并腹水,4例见子宫内膜增生。结论卵泡膜细胞瘤的CT表现有一定的特征性,CT检查对诊断本病有重要价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical symptoms and CT findings of ovarian thecoma in order to increase accurate rate of diagnosis before surgery. Methods The clinical symptoms in 17 cases and CT findings in 8 cases with ovarian thecoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average age of the patients was 45.5 ± 16 years old. The tumors presented single tumor in pelvic cavity with welldefined margin,The tumors were homogeneous solid in 2 cases,inhomogeneous solid in 5 cases,solid associated with cystic change in 1 case.The shape of the Tumors mainly was oval,the size of tumor was 9.4 ±3.4cm 7.5 ± 3.3cm 6.7 ± 2.9cm.The tumors showed slightly and progressive enhancement. 5 cases associated with ascites, 4 cases associated with thickening of endometrium. Conclusions The ovarian thecoma posses specific CT characteristic manifestations, CT is especially valuable to the diagnosis.
