摘要
目的观察突眼消汤治疗阴虚阳亢、痰瘀阻滞型Graves眼病的临床疗效。方法将确诊为Graves眼病、中医辨证属阴虚阳亢和痰瘀阻滞证型的60例患者随机分为突眼消汤治疗组(30例)和强的松对照组(30例),两组均予他巴唑10 mg口服,tid,常规治疗,3个月为一个疗程,1个疗程结束后比较两组的突眼度、眼部自觉症状的中医症候疗效。结果突眼消汤对改善患者的突眼度有一定的效果,其疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。突眼消汤对改善Graves眼病属阴虚阳亢和痰瘀阻滞证的患者的眼部自觉症状疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且未见明显的毒副作用。结论突眼消汤对改善Graves眼病患者中医辨证属阴虚阳亢和痰瘀阻滞证患者的突眼度、眼部自觉症状有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of exopphthalmos removal decoction in the treatment Graves＇ ophthalmopathy caused by yin deficiency and yang excess and sputum stasis. Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with Graves＇ ophthalmopathy caused by yin deficiency and yang excess and sputum stasis were randomly divided into the re- moval decoction treatment group （30 patients） and the prednisone control group （30 patients）. Both groups received the oral administration of 100 mg of tapazole three times a day as the conventional treatment. One treatment course lasted for 3 months. The degree of exophthalmos and the subjective symptom of eyes after one treatment course were observed and an- alyzed. Results Exopphthalmos removal decoction had certain effects in improving the degree of exophthalmos, which were superior to those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The curative effects of exopphthalmos removal decoction were significant- ly superior to those of the control group in improving the subjection symptoms of eyes for patients with Graves＇ ophthal- mopathy caused by yin deficiency and yang excess and sputum stasis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Exopphthalmos removal decoction has good clinical curative effects in improving the degree of exophthalmos and the subjection symptoms of eyes for patients with Graves＇ ophthalmopathy caused by yin deficiency and yang excess and sputum stasis.
