摘要
目的观察"吴门"郑氏妇科经验方洁阴洗剂外用治疗复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将187例患者随机分为两组,治疗组94例采用中药洁阴洗剂外用配合氟康唑口服治疗;对照组93例采用口服氟康唑配合阴道塞入制霉素阴道栓治疗,两组均治疗3个月,随访半年。结果治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为88.3%和69.9%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组优于对照组。结论中药洁阴洗剂外用治疗复发性念珠菌阴道炎疗效好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the ＂Wu＂ Zheng gynecological experience side Jie yin lotion topi- cal treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods A total of 187 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group, 94 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine the Jie yin lotion topical with fluconazole oral treatment; control group of 93 patients with oral fluconazole vaginal suppository treatment with the vagina stuffed nystatin two group were treated for 3 months follow-up for six months. Results The cure rate of the treatment group and the control group were 88.3% and 69.9%, Comparison of two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） treatment group than the control group. Conclusion The Jieyin lotion topical treatment of recurrent Candida vaginitis is effective.
