摘要
目的探讨应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭患者的护理措施。方法对2010年1月～2011年12月我院收治的101例呼吸衰竭患者进行分析研究,常规治疗合并使用BiPAP呼吸机进行无创正压通气、护理,如呼吸机监测等,分析治疗前与治疗后患者的呼吸等指标的变化。结果通过BiPAP呼吸机的治疗与护理,患者的心率、呼吸频率、PaO2、PaCO2与SaO2均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗联合BiPAP呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭患者效果明显,同时加强护理是保证治疗成功的关键。
Objective To explore the nursing methods of patients with respiratory failure in application of BiPAP ventilation. Methods All 101 patients with respiratory failure were admitted to hospital from January 2010 to December 2011, analyze the changes of indicators pre-treatment and post-treatment. Results After treatment and care, the patient＇s heart rate, respiratory rate, PaO2, PaCO2 and SaO2 were significantly improved （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion BiPAP ventilator has obvious efficacy in treatment of respiratory failure patients and the nursing is the key to successful treatment.
