摘要
目的以正常孕妇做参照，对重度子痫前期及子痫患者眼动脉及子宫动脉的各项多普勒超声参数进行分析，为找出能客观反映疾病程度的有效指标提供参考依据。方法对2008年12月～2010年6月我院25例临床诊断为重度子痫前期一子痫的患者眼动脉、子宫动脉多普勒超声频谱参数对照同时期内25例正常孕妇眼动脉、子宫动脉多普勒超声频谱参数进行回顾性分析。结果子宫动脉的RI、S／D及眼动脉B／A值差异具有统计学意义。结论重度子痫前期及子痫患者子宫动脉RI、S／D与眼动脉B／A值较正常孕妇有明显的变化，此频谱参数对妊娠高血压疾病患者的病情程度及采取的治疗措施具有一定的指导意义。
Objective To analyze various Doppler ultrasound parameters of severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia patients with ophthalmic artery and uterine artery, to provide a reference to identify the objective response a valid indicator of the extent of disease. Methods All of 25 cases during the same period from December 2008 to June 2010 in our hospital, 25 patients with clinical diagnosis of severe preeclampsia-eclampsia patients with ophthalmic artery, uterine artery Doppler ultrasound spectrum parameters control normal pregnant women ophthalmic artery uterine artery Doppler ultrasound spec- trum parameters were analyzed retrospectively. Results Uterine artery RI, S/D and ophthalmic artery B/A value has a more obvious difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Severe preeclampsia and eclampsia in patients with uterine artery RI and S/D and ophthalmic artery B/A value higher than normal pregnant women have significant changes, this spectrum parameters on the severity of the hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and therapeutic measures certain guiding significance.
