摘要
目的探讨围绝经期综合征的综合治疗效果。方法对60例围绝经期综合征心理和精神障碍患者分别采用雌激素联合抗抑郁、抗焦虑药物并辅以心理支持综合治疗(30例,综合组)和单用雌激素治疗(30例,单用组),于治疗前及治疗3个月后应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定疗效。结果经3个月治疗综合组SCL-90评分降低值显著高于单用组,两组有效率分别为83.3%和40.0%,有显著性差异(χ2=12.45,P<0.01)。结论围绝经期综合征患者出现的绝经相关症状、心理和精神障碍,综合治疗是最合理、最有效的。
Objective To explore the comprehensive treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods Sixty cases of menopausal syndrome patients with psychological and mental disorders were estrogen combined antidepressant, antianxiety drugs, and supplemented by comprehensive treatment of psychological support （30 cases consolidated group） and with estro- gen therapy （30 cases, single group）, before treatment and after 3 months of treatment symptom Checklist （SCL-90） to as- sess the clinical efficacy. Results After comprehensive treatment, 3 months group of SCL-90 scores decreased significantly higher than only used group, the two groups the efficacy rate had 83.3% and 40.0%, respectively, with a significant differ- ence （X2= 12.45, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Menopausal syndrome menopause-related symptoms, psychological and mental disorders, comprehensive treatment is the most reasonable and the most effective.
