摘要
目的探讨临床路径在产科健康教育中的应用效果。方法对照组和观察组各100例,分别采用传统及临床路径进行产科健康教育。结果观察组入院当日、产前、产后、出院时段对健康教育的掌握和基本掌握率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率显著高于对照组,产后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,母乳喂养时间显著长于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组对护理质量满意评分和满意率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论临床路径使产科健康教育更规范、科学,提高产妇健康知识的掌握率、自然分娩率及对护理质量的满意率,延长母乳喂养时间,减少产后并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pathway for the obstetric health education. Methods The control group and observation group (100 cases) were given traditional and clinical path for obstetric health education. Results The know well rate of observation group in times of admission, prenatal and postnatal were significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The observation group natural childbirth rate were significantly higher than the control group ,the incidence of postpartum complications were significantly lower than the control group, duration of breastfeeding were signif- icantly longer than control group (P 〈 0.05). The quality of care satisfaction score and satisfaction rate of the observation group were significantly higher (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical pathway to the more standardized obstetric health edu- cation, science, improve maternal health knowledge to grasp the rate of natural childbirth and the quality of care satisfac- tion rate to extend the duration of breastfeeding, to reduce the incidence of postpartum complications.
