摘要
目的分析小脑肿瘤的CT和MRI影像特征。方法对31例经病理证实的小脑肿瘤CT和MRI表现进行回顾性分析和总结。结果 31例中髓母细胞瘤9例,血管母细胞瘤8例,星形细胞瘤6例,转移瘤4例,室管膜瘤2例,脉络丛乳头状瘤1例,蛛网膜囊肿1例。结论 CT与MRI各有特点、优势互补,可以明显提高小脑肿瘤的正确诊断率。
Objective To analyze the CT and MRI imaging features of cerebellar tumorous. Methods The CT and MRI findings of 31 cases cerebellar tumorous with pathologically proved were reviewed and concleded retrospectively. Results Among 31 cases,there were medulloblastomas in 9,hemangioblastomas in 8, astrocytomas in 6, metastasis in 4, ependymo- mas in 2, papilloma of choroid plexusin in 1,arachnoid cysts in 1. Conclusion CT and MRI has respective characters and complementary advantages to one another, can improve the probability of correct diagnoses obviously in cerebellar tumorous.
