摘要
目的检测整合素αv及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在人卵巢上皮性癌的表达,探讨整合素与卵巢上皮性癌血管生成及浸润转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测60例卵巢上皮性癌组织及30例卵巢良性肿瘤中整合素αv、VEGF、MMP-2的表达。结果 60例卵巢上皮性癌中整合素αv、VEGF、MMP-2的阳性表达率分别为68.33%、73.33%和65.00%,30例卵巢良性肿瘤中三者的阳性表达率分别为13.33%、50.00%、43.33%,卵巢上皮性癌与卵巢良性肿瘤组织间3种蛋白阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01);整合素αv、VEGF、MMP-2与卵巢上皮性癌的分期、分级相关;整合素αv与VEGF及MMP-2的阳性表达均成正相关。结论整合素αv在卵巢上皮性癌中高表达,与临床分期及分级相关;与MMP-2及VEGF的表达呈正相关,表明整合素αv促进卵巢上皮性癌的侵袭转移。
Objective To analyze the correlation between integrin cdphav and the angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian carcer（EOC）, through detecting the expression of integrin cdphav, VEGF, MMP-2 in epithelial carcinoma of ovray. Methods SABC kit was used to detect the expression of integrin cdphav, VEGF, MMP-2 in the 60 case of EOC tissuses and 30 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor as negative control. Results The postive expression percentage of integrin odphav,VEGF,MMP-2 in EOC were 68.33%, 73.33%, 65.00% respectively, and the positive expression percentage in benign ovarian epithelial tumor tissues were 13.33%, 50.00%, 43.33% respectively. The difference between two groups was significant （P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05）. The expression of integrin odphav, VEGF, MMP-2 had relation with stage and grade. There was a positive correlation between the expression of integrin odphav and MMP-2 or integrin odphav and VEGF. Conclusion The expression of integrin edphav, VEGF, MMP-2 had relation with stage and grade. There was a pos- itive correlation between the expression of integrin cdphav and MMP-2 or integrin cdphav and VEGF, ingtegrin cdphav may advance invasion and metastasis of EOC.
