摘要
目的研究pH值乙醇法舌苔快速尿素酶试验(TRUT)检测幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的可行性。方法对同一病例取舌苔、胃黏膜进行快速尿素酶试验(RUT)。将pH值乙醇法舌苔快速尿素酶组(A组)检测结果与胃黏膜快速尿素酶试验(GRUT)组(B组)检测结果进行比较。结果 600例受检者中A组阳性标本112例,阴性标本484例,假阴性4例;B组阳性标本94例,阴性标本506例。两组比较χ2=1.90,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,符合率95.67%。结论 A组与B组检测结果接近,方法简单、实用、价廉,可以用于Hp检测。
Objective To study the feasibility of detecting Helicobacter pylori with pH value and ethanol tongue rapid ure- ase test. Methods To the same case with tongue, gastric mucosa for rapid urease test （RUT）. The results of the pH value and ethanol tongue rapid urease test group （Group A）were compared to the gastric mucousa urease rapid test （GRUT） group （Grdup B）. Results In 600 cases, there were 112 positive and 484 negative were in Group A, and 4 false negative. And there were 94 positive cases and 506 negative cases in Group B. The two groups in x2=1.90, P 〉 0.05, consistent with the rate of 95.67%.the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Group A and group B detection results are close to, method is simple, practical, low cost, can be used for Hp detection.
