摘要
医院耗材管理已成为医院质量管理的重要环节。本文结合职工医院的特点,通过分析医院耗材管理的现状及存在问题,进一步提出了对策,认为可从三方面加强耗材管理、降低成本:①完善组织机构建设,规范制度,严把准入关;②用绩效考核手段促进耗材管理;③构建网上物资申购管理系统,实现耗材流程管理。
Medical consumables management has become the important part of hospital quality management.In this paper, combined with the characteristics of hospital workers, through the analysis of medical consumables management present situation and the existence question. Further put forward the Countermeasures,considered to be from three aspects to strengthen management,reduce the cost of supplies： （1）Improve the organization construction,normative system, strict ac- cess; （2）with the performance appraisal means to promote consumptive material management; （3）the construction of online materials purchase management system supplies process management.
