摘要
目的观察喷他佐辛对全麻患者留置导尿引起不适的防治效果。方法选择80例全麻下行外科手术患者,随机分为两组,喷他佐辛组和对照组各40例均在全麻诱导后行导尿术,比较两组患者在全身麻醉苏醒期因留置导尿管所致的导尿管不适(CRBD)的治疗效果。结果喷他佐辛组与对照组比较,后者CRBD的严重程度明显高于前者(P<0.01)。结论喷他佐辛能有效预防苏醒期导尿管所致的不适刺激。
Objective To observe the effects of pentazocine postoperative on discom-fort induced by catheter in general anesthesia. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into the pentazocine group and the control group,suffering from CRBD at the recovery period in general anesthesia. Results Compared with the control group,the severity of CRBD in the pentazocine group decreased significantly. The severity of CRBD in the control group was higher than another. Conclu- sion Intravenous pentazocine is an efective treatment for reducing the severity of CRBD.
