摘要
目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法 120例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为观察组(重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合微波治疗)和对照组(微波治疗)各60例,比较两组治疗1个疗程后的疗效及随访3个月后的复发率。结果观察组痊愈率60.0%,总有效率90.0%;对照组分别为38.3%、70.0%,两组的痊愈率及总有效率分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,对照组复发5例,观察组复发1例,两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义。结论重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效确切,并发症少,复发率低,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with microwave treat- ment of chronic cervicitis. Methods A total of 120 cases chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into two groups （recom- binant human interferon α-2b gel combined with microwave treatment） and control group （microwave treatment） ,each group 60 cases. Results The cure rate was 60.0% in the observation group, the total efficiency was 90.0% in the observa- tion group. The control group was 38.3%, 70.0%, the two groups in cure rate and the total effective rate were compared, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. 3 months followed-up, the control group had five cases of recurrence, the recurrence of the observation group was 1 cases, two groups of relapse rate, significant difference. Conclusion The recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with microwave treatment of chronic cervicitis efficacy, fewer complica- tions, recurrence rate, worthy of promotion and application.
