摘要
目的观察莫西沙星联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗重症肺炎临床疗效。方法选取2010年2月～2012年2月在我院治疗的重症肺炎患者80例随机分为两组。治疗组给予静脉滴注莫西沙星400 mg/d加哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠13.5 g/d,对照组给予静脉滴注左氧氟沙星400 mg/d加哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠13.5 g/d,两组使用相同常规治疗主要为机械通气、祛痰、解痉等视病情给予强心、利尿等对症及氨基酸、白蛋白等支持治疗,两组均治疗10～14 d观察疗效。结果治疗组在发热消失、痰液颜色改变、血常规恢复正常、机械通气、胸部影像明显吸收方面改善所需要的时间相比对照组短,差异有统计学意义;治疗组在白细胞、血气、肝肾功能指标显著好于对照组;治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组。结论莫西沙星联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗重症肺炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of moxifloxacin hydrochloride combined with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection treatment on severe pneumonia. Methods Selected 80 severe pneumonia patients treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012 divide into 2 groups randomly. The treatment group was provided with intravenous drip Moxifloxacin 400 mg/d and Tazobactam Sodium/Piperacillin Sodium 13.5g/d. The control group was pro- vided with intravenous drip Levofloxacin 400 mg/d and Tazobactam Sodium/Piperacillin Sodium 13.5 g/d. Both groups were provided with the same conventional treatment, mainly including mechanical ventilation, eliminating phlegm and spasmoly- sis, etc., and symptomatic treatment such as cardiac and diuresis and supporting therapy such as amino acid and albumin. The curative effects in both groupswere observed after 10-14 days treatment. Results After treatment, the time for the treatment group to improve in five aspects such as fever disappearance, sputum color change, blood routine returning to normal, mechanical ventilation and obvious absorption of chest imaging is shorter than that for the control group, which had a significant difference after treatment, leukocyte, blood gas and hepatorenal functional indexes of the treatment group were particularly better than those of the control group; the overall efficiency of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Moxifloxacin hydrochloride combined with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection is effective on the treatment of severe pneumonia.
