摘要
目的探讨高压氧治疗脑梗死的疗效,为临床提供参考。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,对我院2009年1月～2012年6月收治的56例进行高压氧治疗的脑梗死患者作为实验组,选取同期住院的56例未进行高压氧治疗的脑梗死患者作为对照组,对照组采用综合治疗,实验组在对照组的基础之上加用高压氧治疗,治疗4周后比较两组的血液流变及疗效。结果实验组和对照组治疗前和治疗4周后对全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原及红细胞压积进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率(显效+有效)为91.07%(51/56),对照组有效率为66.07%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗脑梗死患者疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the curative effect of cerebral infarction by hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and provide a refer- ence for the clinic. Methods By the prospective study method, 56 cases patients with cerebral infarction as the experimen- tal group were treated in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2012, by hyperbaric oxygen therapy, in the same period 56 cases patients with cerebral infarction as a control group were given the integrated treatment, blood theology and effica- cy of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The experimental group and control group made a comparison before treatment and after treatment after four weeks, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and red blood cells deposited be compared, difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate（powerful- ly＋effective） was 91.07%（51/56）, the control group was 66.07%. Two groups total effectiveness were compared, the differ- ence was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with cerebral infarction cu- rative effect is distinct, it should be widely applied.
