摘要
在分析"食品检验与分析"课程的特点的基础上,构建了课程的网络教学平台,设置了平台中的主要栏目,将传统教学内容整合成八大任务作为平台中的教学内容,为了培养学生职业核心能力,设计了网上互动平台,以便于师生互动、生生互动、生网互动。采用师生共建的模式,不断完善网络教学平台。
The characteristics of the course Food Inspection and Analysis is analyzed in this article and its network teaching platform is constructed as well. And the main columns for this platform are designed, integrating the tradi- tional teaching content into eight tasks. Meanwhile, a line interactive platform is developed to help the interaction between teachers and students, students and students, and students and network, thus training the students＇ voca- tional core ability. By employing the teacher-student co-constructed mode, the current network teaching platform can be kept improving.
