摘要
在国家出台皖江区域承接产业转移的宏观政策背景下,研究对外贸易对经济增长的拉动效应与程度,以及出口生产是否产生正向外溢效应等问题有一定的现实意义。本文基于安徽省皖江区域1993-2010年农产品出口贸易及出口生产的时间序列数据,剖析农产品贸易对经济增长的影响并通过误差修正模型研究出口生产对经济增长的拉动作用和外溢效应。结果表明,安徽省皖江区域农产品贸易及出口部门生产对经济增长的直接作用与外溢效应均较明显,切实出台促进各类贸易活动的政策措施非常必要。
Under the hackground of the national macroscopic policy about the industries transfer in the region a long the Yangtze River in Anhui Province, it has certain realistic significance to research whcther the foreign trade could have the pulling effect to economic growth and what degree it is, as well as whether the export pro duetion could generate the spillover. Based on the data of the region along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province from 1993 to 2010, the paper studies the spillover and pulling effect that the export production affects lhe economic growth by establishing an error correction model. The results show that the export trade of the region along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province has outside overflow and a direct effect to the economic growth. It is necessary to make the policy which can accelerate the foreign trade.
