摘要
目的探讨粉尘螨滴剂简化疗法治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机数字表法将100例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组(n=50例)和对照组(n=50例),治疗组采用简化的粉尘螨滴剂舌下治疗,而对照组采用传统的粉尘螨滴剂舌下治疗,观察期为1年。结果治疗组的治疗有效率为90.0%,与对照组的94.0%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组的肺功能指标(FEV1、PEF、V25%～75%)、观察指标(sIgE、sIgG、血EOS、痰EOS)、不良反应等方面与对照组比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论粉尘螨滴剂简化疗法治疗小儿哮喘基本等效于传统治疗方法 ,具有安全性好、副作用少、服用方便、依从性强及便于用药等特点。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of specific immunity method of dermatophagoides farinae drops to treat asthma in children. Methods 100 cases of children bronchial asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups：the treatment group （n=50） and the control group （n=50）. The treatment group accepted simplified method of dermatophagoides fari- nae drops under sublingual administration, and the control group accepted traditional method of dermatophagoides farinae drops, respectively observed for one year. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, there was no statistical significance with the control group （94.0%, P〉0.05）. There was no statistical significance between the two groups on pulmonary function（FEV1,PEF,V25%-75%）, observation indexes（sIgE,sIgG,blood EOS,phlegmEOS） and adverse effect（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The simplified method of dermatophagoides farinae drops treating asthma in children show the same clinical curative effect as the traditional treatment method. It is safe, no obvious side-effect, easy taking, and better compliance, convenient to be accepted by children with bronchinal asthma.
