摘要
棉花重量采集系统是棉花质量安全追溯系统的一部分,本设计通过使用STC89C51单片机、新型称重传感器和高精度A/D转换器件构建棉花追溯系统中重量采集功能,本重量采集系统具有重量采集、键盘输入、计算价格、显示、超重报警功能。本设计测量范围为0-80Kg,测量精度达到5g,有高精度、低成本、易携带等特点。
Cotton weight acquisition is a part of cotton quality safety traceability system. Weight acquisition function of Cotton trace system is build by 51 single-chip, weighing sensor and high precision A/D converter in the design. The functions of the weight acquisition, keyboard input, price calculation, display and alarm in overweight are designed. The measuring range is 0-80Kg, and the measurement accuracy is 5g.
