摘要
崔家营枢纽施工期间由导流明渠实施泄洪与通航。文章依据导流明渠运行期的实测资料,分析了导流明渠运行期的实际通航条件、实际通航条件与模型试验结果的异同及其原因。结果表明:导流明渠内的实测流速与水面比降与设计阶段的模型试验结果较为一致,明渠通航条件基本达到了设计目的,但由于河床组成抗冲性较弱,导流明渠出口及枢纽下游近坝处河床冲刷下切,枯水期同流量水位下降,致使导流明渠内在设计最低通航流量下的水深不能满足通航水深要求。
Open Diversion Channe(lODC)was used for flood discharge and navigation during the construction of Cuijiaying navigation-hydropower junction.The navigation condition was analyzed based on the comparison between prototype observation and physical model test results,and the reason for the differences were analyzed based on observed data of flow and topography in ODC.The conclusion is that the measured velocity and flow surface slope are nearly in consistent with model test results,which proves that the design of the ODC can basically meet the design demands.However,the operational water depth of ODC is smaller than the designed depth under the minimum design discharge due to the riverbed scouring at the outlet section of ODC and neardam zone.
