摘要
论述我国数字图书馆建设中存在的一些主要问题 ,同时就数字图书馆的系统构架、网络环境、软件模式、资源库建设、标准与格式、版权等提出了解决办法。
This paper discusses the problems in the process of constructi on of digital libraries in our country, and provides the advantageous solutions to the system framework, network environments, software models, database building, standards, copyright protect and so on. [WT5”HZ]
