摘要 桡骨远端骨折是指距桡骨远端骨关节面2~3 cm以内的松质骨及桡骨骨干远端皮质骨向松质骨移行部分的骨折,是临床上常见的骨折之一,约占急诊骨折病人的17%。桡骨远端骨折常常累及关节面,如果治疗不当会导致腕关节的功能障碍。良好的复位是治疗的关键,而手术治疗主要是通过切开复位后选用合适的内固定最大限度的恢复关节面的平整,减少桡骨的短缩,甚至使用人工替代材料,最大程度的恢复腕关节的功能。近年来,对于桡骨远端骨折的治疗观念不断更新,针对各种类型的桡骨远端骨折出现了不同的治疗方法,治疗手段不断完善,本文通过查阅国内外最新文献就手术治疗桡骨远端骨折作一综述。 Distal radius fractures refer to the fractures of both cancellous bone within 2 to 3 cm distance from distal radius articular surface and the transitional area from cortical bone at the far end of shaft of radial to cancellous bone.It is a common fracture in clinical practice and accounts for almost 17 percent of total emergency fracture patients.Distal radius fracture usually has certain effect on articular surface and may lead to dysfunction in wrist joints if treated improperly.Excellent reduction is the key to successful treatment.Surgical treatments are mainly through adopting appropriate internal fixation after open reduction to restore the flatness of articular surface as much as possible and reduce the shortening of radius,or even through using artificial replacement materials to recover the function of wrist joints to the greatest extent.Fractures of distal radius are very common in clinical practice for quite some time;however,new ideas,devices and methods in the treatment have been constantly emerging in recent years.This paper aims to make a review about surgical treatment of distal radius fractures based on the latest literatures in China and abroad as well.
