摘要
利用实验室自制的3种可溶性的聚酰亚胺6FDA-DMMDA、ODPA-DMMDA和BTDA-DMMDA,在高湿度环境下浇铸形成规整多孔结构,选取其中一种聚酰亚胺膜(ODPA-DMMDA)与革兰氏阳性棒状菌(coryneformof bacteria)进行混合培养,判定聚酰亚胺规整多孔膜对细菌的生长的影响情况,进而了解其生物相容性.结果表明:在合适的实验条件下,3种聚酰亚胺均能形成有序多孔结构.此外,ODPA-DMMDA多孔膜有利于革兰氏阳性棒状菌的生长,表明其具有良好的生物相容性.
Three kinds of soluble polyimide 6FDA-DMMDA,ODPA-DMMDA and BTDA-DMMDA were selected as membrane materials and regular porous membrane structure was formed in high humidity environment via casting method.BTDA-DMMDA was applied in the test of biological compatibility.The gram positive rod bacteria(coryneform of bacteria) were used in the mixed culture in polyimide porous membrane for studying the growth of bacteria,and the biocompatibility was discussed.The results indicated that the ordered porous films could be fabricated from the three kinds of soluble polyimide under appropriate conditions.In addition,ODPA-DMMDA porous membrane was conducive to the growth of coryneform of bacteria,which shew that the porous membrane had good biocompatibility.
